- GCDP Central Committee meets the third Wednesday of each month. The next Central Committee is Precinct Training, February 15, 2012 at 5:30 PM in Gunnison County Blackstock Building, 221 N. Wisconsin
- March 6, 2012, 7:00 PM – Precinct Caucuses (Call County Elections, 970-641-7927 to determine your precinct) – Precincts 6 – 15 will meet in the Center Ballroom of the Western State College Center – Precincts 3, 4, 5 will be in Crested Butte Town Hall, 507 Maroon Ave., Crested Butte
- Gunnison County Democratic Assembly/Convention March 25, 2012 in the Fred Field Western Heritage Center, 275 South Spruce (Convention/Assembly begins at 1:00 PM)
- April 14, 2012 -Colorado State Democratic Convention/Assembly, Pueblo, Colorado
- Annual Truman Dinner June 3, 2012, 5:30 PM Gunnison, Western State College Center in the South Ballroom.
- June 26, 2012 – Colorado primary election day
- September 3, 2012 – National Democratic Convention, Charlotte, North Carolina
